No extra charges for multiple pets, up to total of five. 

Please schedule adequate time to provide the services requested.  If your pet or home needs more time than scheduled, it will be added as needed and billed to you.  Yard pickup, watering, and other average tasks are included in base price.  More difficult tasks or time-consuming services may be extra.

Initial Consultation                                                30-90 Minutes
At this visit we can complete the necessary paperwork, answer questions, transfer keys, and tour your home while discussing detailed instructions on how to care for your pets.  This required meeting will be scheduled at least 24 hours prior to service.

Regular Visit                                                         25-30 Minutes
Our most popular choice.  Good for most homes, supervised feedings, walks, and play.  Most dogs will require 2-4 Regular Visits per day.   Cats do well with one visit per day.

Special Services                                                         60 Minutes
One hour increments of care for waiting for pet at the Vet, Pet Taxi Service plus mileage, picking up additional food,  medications, etc.
 

Value Visit                                                               10-15 Minutes
Short visit can be used as a quick turnout or potty break, litter box cleaning,  or even a 3rd feeding.  
 

Drop In                                                                 5 Minutes or less

Short drop in to transfer keys (pick up or drop off), check iron/stove, turn off sprinkler system, close windows, etc.

Important Terms

Payment is due before service starts.

A separate signed & completed Service Request is also due for each service, before start of service.

Returning clients, with prior agreement, may leave a check in full and the completed Service Request for the first visit.  However, your pet sitter must leave your home without providing any service if you forget either item. 

Cancellations and Refunds

q       q   Check outside of residence for any change or damage
q       Check to ensure that the fence and gate are secure
q       Deactivate the security system
q       Unlock specified door
q       Bring in the newspaper
q       Bring in the mail
q       Check welfare of all pets, including outdoors pets
q       Give each pet clean, fresh water
q       Give each pet the proper amount of food
q       Make sure each pet eats his food
q       Administer any medication needed
q       Restore supplies to their proper places
q       Play time with each pet
q       Give treats, if allowed
q       Clean up any accidents or messes that may have occurred
q       Water plants, as required
q       Clean the litter box
q       Maintain your pre-set comfort level in your home
q       Check all doors and windows
q       Monitor conditions inside residence
q       Change lighting and curtain/blind arrangements
q       Make sure pets are in their proper place
q       Double check each pet
q       Re-activate the security system
q       Relock your home
